“Inverted Color” - New Art Exhibit in Meridian City Hall’s Initial Point Gallery Featuring Artwork by Five Local Artists

MERIDIAN, ID – On Tuesday, February 4, Meridian City Hall’s Initial Point Gallery will open a new art show titled “Inverted Color”, showcasing painting, ceramics, photography and digital media by five local artists. The artists include Ahley Newman, Leslie Jay Bosch, Rachel Reynolds, Devon Smith, and Mary Ann Fraser. The artists in this exhibit were grouped together for their use of either bold and vibrant colors, or unexpected colors in their work.
 
Initial Point Gallery will hold an Artist Reception for this exhibit on February 4, from 4:30 – 7:00 pm. The exhibit will remain on display through Friday, February 28, 2025.
 
Initial Point Gallery is located at 33 E. Broadway Avenue on the third floor of Meridian City Hall in downtown Meridian. The gallery, which is curated by the Meridian Arts Commission, features a rotating series of art exhibits highlighting a variety of local, regional and national artists. It is open weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. The gallery and Artist Reception is open to the public and free to attend.
